Make a visual representation that shows the central theme of the conflict between civilization and savagery in Lord of the Flies.

Use symbols from the novel, words, quotations, your own symbols, and a careful arrangement of ideas in order to interpret the novel and the central conflicts. Be sure to use at least 4 quotations, 10 symbols, and 6 words. Be sure to write the title and author on your visual representation.

This is a thinking assignment, although part of your grade will come from neatness and creativity, the majority of your grade will come from the ideas that you express through your visual representation. Think a lot before you begin and complete a rough draft. Once you have approval, you may start on the final draft.
